      I have just finished porting a program from UNIX to the MAC. I wonder
      how should I do if I want to create a special Icon to identify with
      a file created under my application. And, again, how should I do to
      create an executable file ( stand-alone application) from my application.
      I am using THINK C. All information I have is in Inside Macintoshs.
      If you can spare a source code I would be greatly appreciated.
      Source code in any language would do just fine.
