About a month ago someone posted the question, "Will Windows 3.0 still
support the undocumented file I/O functions from Windows 2.1?"  I didn't
see an answer to this.  Could somebody please inform me.  Also, does anyone
know if Windows 3.0 will have a built in help facility that windows pro-
grammers can use in their apps?
