I am having a problem using the DECwindows stext widget on Ultrix.
The text cursor color is seemingly random.  I have allocated read/write
color cells for the background and foreground and have stored the 
colors for both.  The cursor color comes out different every time I
recompile or make changes elsewhere in the application, with no 
apparent pattern.  Has anyone else had this problem?  I have ported
the application to VMS with the same results.

Also,is there a DECwindows-specific net I should be listening to?  I am
new to this network.
