Hi,

I'm looking for an example in C of how to create a DECterm and start up an
   editor in that terminal window. This is for Vaxstation 3100 using
Desktop VMS 5.1 with DECwindows.
I would RTFM if the machine had come with one , or the one I ordered ever shows up.
