I am trying to port release 3.11. The problem is that when the xterm and
xdm is built, it does not find the ptyio.h file. I have checked the include
files etc. What I found was that the structures main.c is using were same
as in on ttold.h file under SYS directory. So I changed the ptyio.h file
as ttold.h file. All but one error is left and that is TIOCTTY undefined.

Can some one shed any light on this problem and any solution. or some work
around. Thanks in advance.
