    Until recently, I have had no problems connecting with simtel20.
As of last week or so, I just can not get though.  If I do manage 
to make connection it take minutes for each message/reply (Im
talking about simple command like ls, I cant even get far enough
to try transfering files).  Obviously, something is going on with the
net.(This problem happenes regaurdless of when I try, so It is not
just a busy problem).  Anybody have any idea what is happening.
