In a related vein, I need a program (preferably a function callable from
Microsoft C 5.1, but an assembly routine or even a TSR would work) to
perform a screen dump from an EGA system to an Epson dot-matrix printer.
We're running MS-DOS 3.2 and (if it matters) Phoenix 386 BIOS version 2.00.

DOS upgrades won't work for us because we're writing a package for our
customers that needs to run under any 3.x or later version of DOS.
