I have used a book by Kelley and Pohl to teach TURBO C and I like its unique method of 'dissection' for analysing programs they discuss in the book. The exercises are good too. If you are using TURBO C (with its wonderful environment and speed of compilation and good error message generation and to-the-line access of them) then take a look a this book. Ray
