I ended up not doing the basis change to segment polynomials, but using a recurrence formula for evaluation. I am currently using phigs+ to render nurbs. What I would like to do is the ability to interactively create & manipulate nurbs surfaces. Has anyone seen any references for finding intersections between two nurbs surfaces and representing the intersections as trimming curves on each surface? Is this a reasonable scheme for dealing with (in terms of both graphics & solid modelling) intersecting surfaces? Thanks for any advice you can offer - Chris Morley ...!dartvax!creare!cmm
