I'm looking for good introductory textbooks/references on imaging.
Specifically on topics such as medical diagnostic imaging and computer
computer applications in such, such as image ehancement, volume
rendering, etc..  I'm sure most biomedical curriculums use the 
'standard' texts on these subjects and would like to hear any 
recommentations.
