As of this moment, we don't know exactley how the proceedings
will be published.  We do not plan on publishing them in conjunction
with any ACM SIG but who knows what could pop up between now and then.
We have had many requests that the proceedings or portions
thereof be posted to a newsgroup (alt.cyberpunk.tech perhaps or 
???.cyberspace if that happens most likely).  Any suggestions on
this or reasons for going the ACM route as well as submissions/comments/
suggestions would be appreciated.
