The software isn't on a RPIECS, but can be requested from there. the LISTSERV
has a command PDGET, which will get the software.
i.e.   TELL LISTSERV AT RPIECS /PDGET <PD-BLUE.VOL427>PC37032x.ARC
where the x is an A the first time and B the next.  Note that there is a restri
ction on the amount of data/files that will be sent to you in a single day.
if you have FTP you might want to connect directly to White Sands and do the
file transfers that way.    Note that the help mentions that one can't do a FTP
 from BITNET.  Its wrong, you can.
