I'm posting this for a friend of mine at the Indian Institute of
Technology, Bombay.  There exists a group here which is working on a
homegrown Mach implementation, and they would like to get hold of the
most current kernel specs, technical documentation, source code etc.
connected with Mach.  They can get+send Email but don't have ftp and
newsgroup access.

I'm not a Mach freak, but if you can point me to ftp sites and name
files of interest, i'll do the shunting.
