I recently sent the following to the Mach mailing list and received
not response, so I'll try a larger audience.

I'm using Mach 2.5 and am interested in learning the basics of writing
external pagers.  I've read the Kernel Reference Manual and am attempting
to write a toy pager, but some example code or further documentation
would be very helpful.  Is this information commonly available?

I'll be happy to summarize or forward any advice I receive.
