A while back Jim Smith wrote a patch to at_wini.c 1.3d. This patch was for the
Compaq prtable III and I tried it with my Compaq Deskpro ... WA LAH!! Finally,
Im on the hard drive and in business. This patch apparently is still compatible
with the AT. If anyone needs it, just email me.


BTW...Minix seems to have a problem with the way Compaq Partitions the disk.
Specifically, Minix only recognizes the Primary and Extended partions of my
hard drive. I am unable to get more than two partitions (/dev/hd1 /dev/hd2).

I have extended memory (512K) but I am unable to use it because /dev/hd3 
cannot be used. Is there a way around this or a patch?  Thanx for your time.
