Is there a way to tell PM to icon-ize an application upon loading?
In other word I would like to include cmds like

	start /pm "filing" c:\os2\pmfile.exe

in my startup.cmd and cause these utilities to turn into icons for
later use.  OS2.INI store some default but there is no way to save
my desktop settings therefor I am attempting to reconstructed after
every boot.
