I'm trying to locate the following reference from Nelson's 1981
"Remote Procedure Call" thesis:

[34] Maurice Herlihy, Gerald Leitner and Karen Sollins (editors),
     "Report on the workshop on fundamental issues in distributed computing",
     SIGPLAN Notices 15(3):9-38, July 1981.

I fear that this may have been incorrectly sited.  Vol 15 No. 3 of SIGPLAN
is not July 1981, and neither contain this report.  All the usual means of
enquiry have not helped.

Does anyone know the correct reference for this paper?
