	Our company is thinking of purchasing a scanner for use with
    our SUN workstations for importing drawings and artwork into
    documents. I am interested in what scanners are available
    (opinions: good, bad, indifferent, what kind of
    features/capabilities does it have?) and what kind of software is
    available (opinions: good, bad, indifferent, what kind of bells
    and whistles does it have?), what would you recomend, etc. I would
    prefer first hand experences from non-biased indivuals, but all
    input is welcome.  Please respond by mail and indicate whether
    your information is firsthand or second hand, or if you sell/make
    or work for a company that sells/makes scanners in your reply. I
    will summarize to the network if there are enough responses.
