I have CAP's atis & lwsrv running on a SUN 3/180 w/ SunOS 4.0.3 with
no problem... except about 1/3 of the time, when the machine reboots
in the morning, atis gives this error:

	NIS: NIS socket not available: error -1: Address already in use


atis won't work again until the machine reboots.

Anyone know how to get around this problem?
