Can anyone recall how Network Solutions OPEN-Link for MicroVAX/VMS 
should be configured to access the MILNET via a USAF Concentrator?

Supposedly, someone posted a resolution to this problem on a bulletin
board within the past several weeks. I didn't read the bulletin board
at that time. I'd appreciate either

1) the author's getting in touch with me 

OR

2) anyone's help in recovering that which I seek!
