Can someone provide information on the KA9Q TCP/IP Package.  I would like to
install it on my home system and use a dialin SLIP link to connect to work.
Unfortunately, wsmr-simtel20.army.mil has moved all the files to a single
directory, PD3:<MISC.KA9Q-TCPIP>.  There are a number of ARC files, but no-
where is there a list of the contents of these files or an indication of
which files maybe required for a particular environment.

USERMAN.DOC which is in USERMAN.ARC is written with the assumption that you
have the two diskette set from Tuscon Amateur Packet Radio (TAPR).  It does
give a high-level view of the software and directory architecture but no
clues as to where everything may be hiding.

The environment that I have is a MS-DOS 3.3 running on an 80286 based IBM
clone with an extended VGA color display (Paradise VGA-Plus, Samsung Multisynch
Montor).  I would like to use the COM1 or COM2 port for the SLIP link.
  
By the by, is anyone working on a named implementation that would use the
DNS services of the host connected to the SLIP link?
