If you have ftp access you can get this via anonymous ftp from NIC.DDN.MIL. Otherwise you can obtain it via the NICs electronic mail service by sending mail to SERVICE@NIC.DDN.MIL with just the subject line: RFC 1118. Another useful reference which you would find in a technical bookstore is "Internetworking with TCP/IP -- Principles, Protocols and Architectures" by Douglas Comer, Prentice-Hall, 1988.
