This one's a *real* minor one, but it looks as if the help file for
"CreateInset" was MS-DOSified slightly oddly - "create" was presumably
intended to be replaced with "cre8", but the "8" didn't show up in the
right place, so it came out as "cres8et.help" which looks a bit odd (and
hard to pronounce :-)).

(BTW, if the changes *were* intended to MS-DOSify the names of various
files, "cre8set.help" needs to become "cre8set.hlp" or something like
that....)
