I have : had problems with the status bits on the serial port and was told by : CMI that there was a newer release of the drivers that would take care : of the problem. CMI promised to ship the latest version of the software : drivers. Unfortunately, I never received any package. I got a second version for mine from them... The cmiser.device I have is 4332 bytes. Is this the one you have, or a newer one? : Three additional : calls to CMI have produced no results. Now I have found that CMI's : phone has been disconnected. I checked this with directory assistance : who confirmed that CMI no longer has a working phone in Tualatin, OR. : Is CMI out of business? Does anyone have a copy of the newer drivers : that I could obtain? Is CMI-Net history? HELP!!! I talked to a CMI spokesman yesterday... He said that there would be an announcement `maybe by friday' (11/10/89) as to the status of the new company. It sounded very much like they'll be back in full swing, but with their belts tightened... : Gary Walborn @cup.portal.com -- -Bill Seymour ...tektronix!reed!percival!agora!billsey ...tektronix!sequent.UUCP!calvin!billsey Bejed, Inc.
