There are two other circumstances that can cause this to happen. 1. You CD'ed to a directory on the diskette with the icon displayed 2. You have ASSIGNed (or your program has ASSIGNed) something to the diskette with the icon displayed. For example, suppose your program has some custom files on the LIBS directory on its own diskette. If these aren't deASSIGNed at the end of using it, the icon will continue to display. The solution is usually simple. CD (change directory) to somewhere else and/or look at your ASSIGNments with the ASSIGN command and change 'em if it bothers you to have loose ends. Julie (LadyHawke)
