Sorry to post with so much bandwith but I feel it's neccesary.

I am looking for Bitmap information of Kanji characters and Katagana and
Hirigana.

I am learning Japanese and have decided to write some tutoring programs
for myself and I want to use a Hirigana font.  This will be quite alot of
work so I thought I would check if anyone has already done it.

I'm certain that there is at least a collection of characters in *some* bitmap
form out there.

Any help would be appriciated.
