Yes, I have ordered that magazine as well, I paid in January of 1989
and never received an issue, they did cash the check though, about
3 months later!  I called the number listed in one of the mags I
bought from the store, and they said that the company was 
"temporarily" out of production.  They were not sure if they
were going to start publishing again or not.  They agreed that they
had my money, and if the decided to fold, they would refund (right!).
So, that was as of Oct, 89.  I have not heard since.
