For WB 1.4, how about a less awkward script parameter mechanism.  All the
other OS's I've worked with have more straightforward parameter passing
(even MS-DOS).  What I really want is a hassle-free way to pass a variable
number of parameters to a script.

(I don't think the current setup is all bad--I like the keyword parameter
mechanism.)
