	FYI, there were some problems with ptys in general at 10.1.
If you see problems, execute the following:

% rm -f /dev/ttyp? /dev/ptyp?
% /etc/crpty 

  or from an AEGIS shell

$ dlf /dev/ttyp?* /dev/ptyp?*
$ /etc/crpty
