At AppleFest and Kansas Fest the developers told Apple they didn't need the
Mac tech notes and that Apple was wasting money sending them out to Apple II
only developers.  It looks like they listened.  The Apple II developers were
looking for ways to get tech support without having to pay $650.  Since the 
II developers don't get as much support they think their fee should be less.
