Actually, as I said yesterday (which may be tomorrow for some of you :) we said
"no" to *FSTs* for very good reason.  The rest is already documented in Apple II
Technical Notes; the Printer Drivers have been documented there for 18 months.

Please don't answer multi-part questions with "yes" or "no".  :)
