Their are a set of files that will do what you want.  One lists the resource
and the other extracts the fonts.  I did 6 the other nmght and made a path
to allow fov larger files than originally posted.  Both are basic and if 
their is sufficient interest I'll make them available.  I usually put the 
fonts on a 400K Mac disk and use mac trans gs to transfer the files.  You may
be disappointed with the results with many fonts which tend to be in smaller
sizes,
