I just entered in the ACHK program, and it seems to be computing
incorrect checksums.  I checked the checksums (using CHK) of the
bitstring TACHK, and the assembler ASS, so they should be right.

Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong, or if there's a
bug or something.

I apologize if this has been dealt with before--I'm brand new to
this group.
