I posted a msg regarding inconsistent spacing with WP 5.0

Two people suggested turning off justification (which I will try later).
I'm not sure thats the answer because the line is not that wide:

Here is the exact line:
SUBJECT: Implementation Short Fall    (as typed in)
SUBJECT: Implementation  Short Fall   (as printed)

Any other ideas?

BTW: WP 5.0 on DOS 4.0 on IMB PS2/55SX is the environment
