I have just started working with a server similiar to the
SIMTEL server- i.e. you can extract items from this server.
In this case, it has a large number of (food) recipes.
I stumbled on this last week and thought others might be
interested in hearing of it...

The text should say:
    send help

From this you can find out the rules, what it contains,
and how to ask for recipes.

I much prefer SIMTEL but this may be of interest to the audience,
especially those who like cooking, et al.
