    Three suggestions.  
    
    Get ahold of a later version of Supercalc which supports output 
    in 123 format as well as others.  I know version 4 has this because
    I just used that feature to move all my sheets to Excel (a MAN's
    spreadsheet!).
    
    Same thing with 123.  My experience here is limited, however there
    should be some kind of "import" utility.
    
    Get ahold of a third party program which does the conversion.  There
    are several, all commercial unfortunately.
