I (silly me ) moved the dip switchs on the back of my minisribe
3425 20 meg drive, I am poor and have spent at least 12 hours 
going over the 256 combinations of the 8 switches.  Could someone
help with a description of the functions of the switches or the
*correct settings* for use with an XT and WD 1002 MFM controller 
(if that makes any difference)?
