Folks,

A while ago, John Baird (I believe) of the Naval Ocean System Center (?)
posted some information regarding a VMS-like HELP program for the PC.  I
cannot locate that message now.  I do know that the program was uploaded 
to the SIMTEL20 repository, but I'm having problems getting into that 
system.  So, could some kind soul please:

    1)  Send me the source for this program, which was called HELP??
	And the text help files.
    2)	Send me the correct filename(s) and directories so that I can
	retrieve them from SIMTEL20 (if I ever get in)?
    3)  Failing 1 & 2, repost the message giving the details?
