I would like to correspond by e-mail with anyone who has knowledge or
first-hand experience geocoding addresses of any U.S. city (especially
Chicago) using the DIME files or other databases.  I have some
questions regarding the accuracy of the DIME files and would be
interested in discovering solutions or alternatives.  Thank you.
