I am running the JAN 88 version of MSKERMIT and need to
use the INPUT and OUTPUT script commands.  They do not
seem to be working as desired when I include them in a
command file and execute them via the TAKE command.

My manual says that these commands are for inclusion
in SCRIPT files, but unless I missed it, the manual
doesn't seem to describe how to execute a SCRIPT file,
or how a SCRIPT file differs from a command file.

What is the format for a SCRIPT file?  How do I 
invoke a SCRIPT file?
