We need some low-level graphics code for VGA.  These routines
should write DIRECTLY to the VGA board, bypassing the BIOS.
As a minimum, we need routines for

move-to
line-to
erase-rectangle

We would be willing to buy these if an appropriate vendor
could be identified.
