Ask for the President.

It's the fastest way to get heads to turn at Jasmine.  When they sidestepped
my questions for months about my drive which they simply wouldn't fix
and return to me, I decided to ask for the president. (can you imagine what
all the phone operators must have been thinking?)

I got to speak to the pres.  And I got my drive back the next day.
