My father-in-law has a copy of Trapeze, and is dissatisfied with the 
manual. Are there any "how-to" books on the market for Trapeze?

The local bookstore "Computer Literacy" (usually an excellent resource) 
hasn't heard of any; so we'll be especially grateful for publisher's names 
and ISBN numbers as well as book titles and author's names.
