This is when using finder. Under multi-finder I get a "Application unexpectedly quit" message. Excel 1.5 works fine, as does everything else. The system is a MacPlus, 4 MB, CMS 46 MB hard drive, System 6.03. I removed everything I thought was suspicious from the system folder (completely removed from the disk, not just dragged to the desktop), which means all inits that I know of, and all strange CDEVs. I checked for viruses with a few different anti-virus programs. I reloaded the system from original diskette. I have a number of desk accessories, but none were used before the bomb. Please reply directly to me with suggestions. Thanks. -- Robert C. Lummis, Director of Scientific Computing Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, N.Y. 10461 bob@aecom.yu.edu ...!uunet!aecom!bob
