Here is a Multifinder Sublaunching Utility based on the Application Dock of the
NeXT machine and the BlackBoxINIT.
_Launch is fully Multifinder compatible.  It runs in a 48K partition, and takes
up minimal background time.  It not only launches programs, but _Launch can be
used to switch between running applications.
Unlike BlackBoxINIT, _Launch is an application, it doesn't shrink the
screen, and I havn't seen it crash.
A Binhex encoded file has been posted to comp.binaries.mac. 
Documentation in the form of a MacWrite file and a HyperCard stack is
included in the archive.

_Launch 1.0 is ShareWare, $10 donation, but it comes with the promise
that version 2.0, which will be out in a few weeks, will be sent to
every donator.
