  Ticare Support Services is a part of TI DSG (Data Systems Group)
  Field Services.  DSG Field Service offers a variety of contractual
  Maintanace Service Agreements to accomodate customer's needs and
  budgets.  It includes Technical support service and software and
  hardware installations, etc.  Explorer/microExplorer Support
  Service is like other TI's services, it includes software 
  "subscription service" and "software and hardware support".
