The cost of upgrades includes 2 items, materials (media and documentation), and any applicable royalty payments. In the case of the 2.2 upgrade, the costs in these two areas hasn't been determined yet, but should be minimal (no flames please about the varying definitions of minimal, Interactive's policy with upgrades is simply to recover costs). ....
