I am having a little trouble compiling some code,  when I compile, I get the
 
/usr/include/rpcsvc/rstat.h: 18: Can't find include file sys/dk.h
*** Error code 1
Stop.

The problem is none of the machines that I have access to have dk.h either.
/usr/include/rpcsvc/rstat.h has a sun copyright, so it appears that dk.h should
be part of the NFS distribution, but it isn't there.  If this is in fact a
bug (it appears to be), I can start the process to get it fixed, but what I
would really like is dk.h so I can compile this program.
