The AHA-1540A/1542A host adapters are supported in SCO's releases (2.3GT and UNIX). You can add up to 3 more hard drives and 3 tape drives if you like. I don't know about AT&T UNIX and what they support. The one thing you better be aware of: The Seagate drive is a slow drive.
