Only one other person had experienced a similar problem; his had been caused not by the disk drives or controller, but by using a 16-bit RAM card in a 386 PC. I have the such a beast, because the original Intel iSBC only came with 512k memory on the motherboard and the expansion memory began at 1 meg, so we got an AT memory card to fill the area between 512k and 1 meg. Has anyone else seen this?
